Shipping
Our Free Shipping applies to Lower 48 USA orders over $60.
Local orders can be picked up Porchside in Orange. Please note we are not allowing patrons to enter the studio. Complete your order online and we will let you know when it’s ready and coordinate your pickup window.
We do our best to ship orders within four business days. In the event of supply chain interruption, we appreciate your patience and post updates here: read previous shipping updates.
Please note that when your order includes back-ordered or pre-order soap, the entire order is held until your soap is cured and ready to ship.
Additionally, please note that when extreme weather conditions are expected, including major storms, winter cold snaps, and summer heat waves, we may delay shipping to ensure the integrity of your order. We ship fluid products to AK only between mid-May to mid-September.
Missing or late package? Once the package leaves us, its progress is out of our hands. The Postal GPS is very good at pinpointing the delivery location of any Priority package. Just let us know. We’ll request a trace (keyword for getting some action). For packages shipping via UPS, their system will help find the most recent location.
Ordering
The easiest way to order is right here on the website, comfortably wrapped in your jammies, with a goodly supply of chocolate close to hand. We also accept orders by phone. Follow this link to our Contact page. Virginia sales tax applies to Virginia orders.
Payments
Checkout with securely with your card. Your card record will show our llc name, Virginia Aromatics Limited Company. We neither have access to, nor store your card number.

We respect your right to privacy and use your information only to fulfill your order and keep in contact with you.
We very rarely send emails at this point. Any time you’d like to bail from the newsletter, no worries, just unsubscribe!
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
